Can I process my auto-delivery prior to its assigned date?
To remain commission-qualified, you will be assigned a color week in the 4-week cycle. Your order will then be placed in that week every 4 weeks in your color week. If you miss to order in your color week, you will lose your commission qualification, carry-over volume, savings bonus accumulation and NewAge Reward Credits. Will my current Autoship still qualify me for commissions?
The current Subscription program is based on the monthly qualification, and the new AutoShip program will be based on the 4-week cycle. I’ve been an IPC (or customer) and have received the best price on Noni juice with Autoship. Does this change with the new comp plan?
Brand Partners with qualified Subscribe will continue to receive the best pricing. Customers will now receive pricing based on the new model that aligns with the new compensation plan.
I have a conditional Autoship where I can order anytime in the month before the 15th - is that changing?
This is changing. You will be assigned a specific week now with an unconditional Subscribe option going forward.
What happens to my Autoship rewards program?
What happens to the points I’ve earned but haven’t redeemed? You will have one year from July 3 to redeem any remaining points. However, the points will not be available to redeem online, you must call Partner Support to make a redemption.
