NewAge Pay is a cost-effective, powerful and secure payment platform that assists Brand Partners in building an NewAge business from anywhere in the world. Through this platform, you decide where your commissions go and how you will use them. The most innovative feature of NewAge Pay is your eWallet, managed in your back office. Will I have access to new reports associated with the NewAge Compensation Plan?
Yes, you will have access to your historical reports as well as new reports to accompany your updated compensation plan.
How do I enroll a new Brand Partner or a Preferred Customer?
Brand Partner: you’ll access the enrollment process as you always have. However, you’ll experience a new flow and features like “placement” as you proceed through the process.
Preferred Customer: Head to the shopping cart and have your customer add an item to their cart and “Subscribe & Save.” As they check out, they’ll complete a very simple sign-up process to become a Preferred Customer.
How do I place an online order?
Head to NewAge.com to place your online order or access the shopping cart through your Back Office.
How do I set up or change my Autoship?
You can make updates to your Subscription through the NewAge Back Office using the “subscribe and save” button.
How do I pull reports?
As of July 3, you will now have access to a suite of reports that support the NewAge compensation plan! These are easily accessible through the NewAge Back Office.
What apps does NewAge offer now?
The NewAge Share app is going through major updates — be sure to download or update in the app store. With the updated NewAge Share app, you’ll be able to prospect more easily than ever before, access product and comp plan info, and manage your business!
I’m an office pro subscriber now. What happens to that after July 3rd?
We are retiring Office Pro on July 3 to make way for new, exciting business tools.
If you are paying month to month, May will be the last time you are charged. If you paid for a yearly subscription, you will be refunded the pro-rated amount for the rest of your subscription period. Stay tuned for updates about new tools to help you build your business.
