Is our compensation plan changing?
On June 1st, 2021, you will transition from the Noni compensation plan to the NewAge Compensation Plan, providing you with more ways to earn and grow your business!

How will my pay be affected with the NewAge Compensation Plan? Will it increase or decrease?
That will depend on activity and volume in the new plan. The new plan is very lucrative, flexible, and pays a high commission percent, so the right activity will be rewarded.
Will my ID number change?
Only slightly. For Noni affiliates, we will add the letter “N” in front of your current ID number. For example, NXXXXX.
What happens to the area developer program?
The Area Developer Program will end on June 1.
What will happen to the Noni lifestyle bonus?
The Noni Lifestyle Bonus will end after June 1.
How and when will commissions be paid out? What is the 4-week cycle?
The commission period at NewAge begins each Saturday at 12:00 a.m. Local Time and closes each Friday at 11:59 p.m. Local Time. All sales activity that takes place during that timeframe will be considered for commission and bonus qualification payout that week. This weekly payout schedule will create 52 commission periods (13 4-Week Cycles) for every calendar year – designated by the week and year of that period.
For example, the first commission week within 2021 will be designated “1/2021”, while the 20th commission week period in 2021 will be designated “20/2021.”
Commissions will be paid each Friday for the previous week’s volume (week ending previous Friday night).
What is the savings bonus?
Every time an NEWAGE Brand Partner earns at least $250 in base commissions, they will collect an additional 7.5% of their weekly base commissions, held as credits until a minimum of 10,000 credits are reached. With a IIX Membership you can double the Savings Bonus to 15% of base commissions. Once 10,000 credits are reached, a Brand Partner may take the credits out in the form of cash at an exchange rate of 1 credit = $1 USD. All subsequent savings bonus earnings are accumulated weekly and paid each cycle. A maximum of 500 credits are earned each week for this bonus.
Is my title going to change?

What will my business level be?

What is the Gold status and benefits?
The Gold Status will entitle you to perks, benefits and Matching Bonus eligibility.
How do I achieve Gold status?
Gold Status will not automatically be assigned. However, you can look forward to local promotions such as “Go for Gold” in your market to help you earn Gold Status.
What is IIX (two-ex)?
If you have IIX, you are eligible for special perks and double earnings from bonuses within the new compensation plan.
How do I qualify for IIX?
Reference the NONI RANK MAP document, or if you are a new member, reach Business Level or higher or purchase IIX within the first 4 weeks of enrollment
Will my downline / upline stay the same?
Yes. All current ARIIX/Zennoa Representatives will operate under their own organizational placement. ARIIX/Zennoa will be placed in the NewAge organization under their current organizational structure. With a qualifying Power Re-entry, partnerships may be formed with current Noni Representatives. Additionally, future prospects interested in ARIIX/Zennoa products may be placed under a Noni Representative.
What will happen to my customers?
It’s business as usual! Your customers will remain your customers, and will continue to be personally sponsored by you. One of the benefits of new compensation plan is that Preferred Customer order(s) may be used to help you qualify as long as the order is placed during your qualification week / AutoShip cycle.
Can I sign people up from other countries?
Yes. Their commissions will be paid according to the compensation plan being used in that country. Their volume will count for you in the NewAge Compensation Plan.
Will the way I get paid change?
No. The payment methods you’ve been using to pay for product and receive commissions will remain the same.
Will my volume be grandfathered?
No. There is no carryover volume in Noni’s monthly commission plan, so there will not be any volume grandfathered.
What will happen to the Black Pearl Club or Club Marquesas?
The Black Pearl Club and Club Marquesas are part of the Morinda Compensation plan. After transition to the new plan, there will no longer be qualifiers for these clubs.
What will happen to the Noni Loyalty rewards program?
It is being replaced by an exciting rewards program called NewAge Business Rewards. You have many exciting rewards to look forward to!
Will there still be placement sponsors with the same rules as Noni?
The placement sponsor tree will remain the same as we transition to the new plan. The rules for making changes will be outlined in the updated policy manual.
I’m a referring customer on a 30QV program earning commissions. What happens to me in the new plan?
If you have provided your Tax ID number, you will be transitioned to the new plan as a Brand Partner. If you have not provided your Tax ID number, you will need to provide it to continue to be able to be a Brand Partner and earn commissions. If you do not have a downline and have not provided this information, you will be transitioned as a customer. Customers can upgrade, if they want. Please contact customer service to provide any needed information.
What happens if I do not place an order during my assigned color week?
You will lose your carry-over volume, lose rewards and will no longer be commission qualified.
Will I ever lose my downline?
No. Changes will not be made to your organization during the transition.
What happens to the Centurion Program?
At NewAge, we value the exceptional upper echelon of successfully engaged leaders through the Centurion Program and others. We will have an integrated recognition program merging leaders from all three companies to highlight, reward, and utilize the incredible leadership through our converged companies.
