Brand Partner is the name given to each person or entity whose offer to NewAge to market its products has been accepted. All Brand Partners have a contractual agreement with NewAge to market NewAge products in accordance with New Age’s ideals, the Code of Ethics of the DSA, and the NewAge Policies and Procedures.
NewAge Brand Partners in good standing with the company can enroll Customers and Brand Partners. Additionally, NewAge Brand Partners can earn commissions based upon their activity within the NewAge Compensation Plan.
Customers (also called Preferred Customers)
Customers are registered with NewAge and pay the Retail Price for products. However, when they enroll in the Auto-Delivery Program, Customers will receive 15% off of the Retail Price as long as they remain on the Subscribe and Save Program.
Customers may not sponsor Brand Partners or Customers and are not able to earn commissions through the NewAge Compensation Plan. All volume generated from Customers are assigned to the sponsoring Brand Partners and are placed within their organization for that Commission Period which would generate the highest commissions for the sponsor of the Customer for that particular commission period (called Auto-Balancing in the NewAge Compensation Plan).
