There is a nominal difference based on relative value towards sales growth. The order of categories is as follows:
- Growth
- Leadership Development
- Earnings
- Customer and Member Acquisition
- Retention
While there is a small difference between the weighting of categories, the difference between the first and the last is fairly small.
More importantly, we encourage Brand Partners to build their business considering each dimension. Time has proven success in each category will lead to a robust, productive team that will reap rewards for years to come.
